What we process

Trendeo processes the photos and source videos you upload, including their audio, a privacy-preserving browser identifier, network information used for abuse prevention, payment status, and the generated video job.

How generation works

Template generation sends uploaded photos and the template source clip to Higgsfield. AI Video Recast sends your source video, reference photos and instructions to fal.ai, which runs MiniMax H3 Max. Only upload footage, images and audio you have permission to process, including permission from the people shown.

Recast inputs and outputs use provider-hosted media URLs that are accessible to anyone with the link, not private encrypted storage. Trendeo requests one-day expiry for Recast inputs and seven-day expiry for outputs. Do not submit sensitive footage. Provider processing and retention are also subject to the provider's policies.

Payments and credits

Payments are handled by Stripe. Trendeo does not receive your complete card number. Purchased credits are associated with your Trendeo account and can be used after you sign in on another device.

Analytics

Trendeo uses Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, referrals, page usage and site performance. These providers may process browser, device, network and page-visit information under their own privacy policies.

Retention

Generation records are retained only as long as needed to deliver downloads, resolve failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Trendeo does not operate a public user gallery.
