The $7.99 first-video pack covers exactly one 8-second 480p render. The 8-second 720p option needs 21 credits, and the 15-second 480p option needs 18; neither fits in that pack. Cast size does not change the cost.

Recast supports 5–30 second sources at 768p or 1080p. At current pack prices, rates are 1.1 and 1.6 credits per billed second. Duration rounds up to a whole second; the total rounds up to a whole credit.

Why does 720p use more credits?
The motion-transfer provider charges more per second for higher resolution. Trendeo keeps those options separate so a quick social post does not subsidize a longer HD render.
Can I choose any number of seconds?
Ready-made trend templates use available prepared cuts. AI Video Recast instead uses your uploaded source, between 5 and 30 seconds, with each continuous shot at most 15 seconds. Its duration and credit calculation are separate from the template table.
When are credits deducted?
The selected amount is reserved only when generation starts. A completed video settles the debit. A failed or safety-blocked render automatically returns the full amount.
Do more people use more credits?
No. Two-person and four-person cast setups cost the same when duration and resolution are the same.
